2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
5 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spoon pineapple into baking dish. Sprinkle with mixture of flour, sugar, and cheese. Top with crushed crackers; drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
