24 medium new potatoes
3 Vidalia onions, chopped
1 or 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1/2 cup corn oil
8 slices crisp-fried bacon, crumbled
Minced parsley to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes. Bring unpeeled potatoes to a boil in a small amount of water in saucepan. Cook until tender; do not overcook. Drain and slice potatoes. Saute' onions and garlic in corn oil in skillet. Add crumbled bacon, parsley and salt and pepper to taste; mix well. Add potatoes; mix gently. Spoon into baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 325º,
