1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. baking cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 c. shredded zucchini


2/3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 c. creamy peanut butter

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the yogurt and vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture. Fold in the zucchini. Pour into a greased 13" x 9" baking pan. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Frosting: Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat until smooth. Spread over warm brownies. When cooled, cut into squares.
