1 box Twinkies
1 qt. strawberries
1 cup water
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) Jello strawberry gelatin
Directions:
Directions:
Cut Twinkies in half lengthwise to cover bottom of 9x13 pan.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese with confectioner's sugar. Add Cool Whip. Layer over Twinkies.

In a pan combine sugar, water, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until thick and clear. Remove from heat and stir in strawberry gelatin.
Cool. Mix in sliced strawberries. Spread over Cool Whip mixture.
