1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 squares unsweetened chocolate (4 oz) - melted
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in 1 egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Stir flour, salt and baking powder into oil mixture. Chill several hours or overnight.

Heat oven to 350. Drop teaspoons full of dough into powdered sugar. Roll into sugar, shape into balls. Place on greased baking sheet.

Bake 10 - 12 minutes. Do not overbake. Makes 6 dozen.
