2 c flour
2 c sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 tbs cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 c oil
4 eggs
3 c grated carrots

Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 box confectionery sugar

1 c walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add oil, mix well. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well. Stir in carrots.
Pour into greased and floured 8 in cake pans.
Bake 350º for 50 min. Cool.

Mix together cream cheese, butter, vanilla and confectionery sugar. Beat well. Frost cooled cake. Decorate with walnuts.
