4 to 5 bananas, mashed-up
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1
tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350º, bake 50 to 60 minutes

Grease loaf pans.

Beat sugar and eggs together until creamy. Add oil and vanilla, continue to mix.

Add all dry ingredients, sifted together.
Last, add bananas and nuts.
