Crust:
3c. Flour
1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Butter, chilled
1/2 tsp. Salt

Filling:
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
1-1/2 c. Dark Karo Syrup
1-1/2 c. Sugar
3T. Butter, melted
1-1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2-1/2 c. Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 10 x 15 pan. Prepare crust in large bowl with mixer or use a food processor. Mix crust ingredients until they resemble coarse crumbs; press firmly and evenly into pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. (Rotate half way through the baking and the edges will be slightly golden). While crust is baking, prepare filling. In a large bowl stir eggs, Karo syrup, butter and vanilla until well blended; stir in pecans. Spread evenly over hot crust. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes or until set. (Rotate half way through this baking time). Cool on wire rack.
