1 c Cabernet Sauvignon
1/2 c Beef broth
1 T balsamic vinegar
1 T chopped shallots
1 t chopped Italian parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the wine to a bowl in a medium skillet. Cook until reduced by half, about 10 minutes. Add the broth, vinegar, and shallots. Bring to a boil. Cook until reduced by half, 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and add parsley.
