Directions:
Crush chocolate cookies in a bowl until granular and fairly fine. Add 4 Tbsp melted butter and chopped nuts, and press into a pie pan or plate.

In a blender, mix the chocolate chips, Kahlua, egg yolks until blended.

In a small saucepan, bring the heavy whipping cream slowly to an almost boil (when tiny bubbles start to form around the edges of the milk). Remove from stove and slowly pour into the blender, mixing the ingredients together. Scrape the sides of the blender once or twice. Pour the chocolate mixture into the chocolate cookie crust and refrigerate. Garnish with fresh fruit and whipping cream.

This recipe won First Prize in the MSU "Chocolate Party" fundraiser for the MSU Museum in 1993! It is totally decadent, and yet so easy to make. A real hit for dessert.
