2 c. powdered sugar (not sifted)
1 stick margarine (well softened)
1 egg
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. vanilla

2 baked pie shells

1 c. whipping cream
1 c. very well drained, crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the powdered sugar and margarine. Add egg, salt and vanilla. Mix well until light and fluffy. Spread this on the two crusts. Chill.

Whip cream until stiff; blend in the well-drained pineapple and the nuts. Spoon on top of the sugar-margarine mixture and chill again.
