1 lb Spicy Sausage crumbed
1 lb Italian Sausage crumbled
1 lb Smoked Bacon Chopped
2 quarts water
4 14.5 oz Cans Chicken Broth ~about 7 1/3 cups
4 large potatoes thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves - peeled and crushed
4 cups chopped Kale
2 Med Onions peeled/chopped
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
Salt & Pepper

Brown Sausage ... breaking into small pieces when you fry it. Brown Bacon breaking into small pieces after cooked. Place water, brother, potatoes, garlic and onion in a pot. Simmer over medium until potatoes and onions are tender. Add cooked sausage and bacon to pot. Simmer 10 min. Add Kale (option) and cream to pot. Season with salt & pepper. Heat through. Top with fresh Parmesan Cheese
