1 large can whole water chestnuts
1 lb bacon
Brown Sugar
Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rinse water chestnuts and place in a bowl covering all with soy sauce. Soak for at least 2 hours.

2. Cut bacon slices in half and set aside.

3. Drain water chestnuts and rolls each in brown sugar and then wrap with 1/2 bacon slice securing with a toothpick.

4. Place chestnuts in an 8 x 8 baking pan and top with excess brown sugar from above process.

5. Bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
