3 cups Zucchini - sliced thin
1 cup bisquick
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
clove of garlic
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs - beaten
2 tsp. parsley

Grease a 11-3/4 x 7-1/2 pan or Pyrex dish. Mix above ingredients together. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
