4 cups sliced carrots, cooked
1 - 8 oz. jar Cheese Whiz
1 can mushroom soup - undiluted
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can sliced mushrooms

Mix all ingredients while the carrots are hot. Bake 45 minutes at 350º
