1 box shells or elbows
2 cups milk
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
equal parts butter and flour (usually 2 tbsp each)
1 can diced tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta as directed on box. In separate pan melt butter, add flour, milk and cheese, tomatoes then season to taste. Cook until thick, stirring often. Put cooked, drained pasta in baking dish, pour cheese mixture over top and mix. Add seasoned bread crumbs to the top. Bake 350 until bubbly, usually 20-25 min.
