1lb Fresh Green Beans
1-2 containers Cherry tomatoes
1/2 Red Onion
Avocados *optional
Cucumber *optional
Feta Cheese *optional


Dressing:

¼ cup fresh chopped Basil, or 1-3 tbsp fresh squeeze basil
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
1/8 cup olive oil (or hemp oil)

Directions:
Directions:
This salad can be made with a variety of the ingredients listed above.
Add green beans to boiling water for 5 minutes, remove from boiling water and chill in ice water.
Mix dressing, add chopped red onion, tomatoes, green beans, try avocados, cucumber & feta cheese.
