1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
Dash paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour,mustard, and paprika in a small bowl and set aside. Melt butter over low heat in saucepan. Add flour. Mix and stir until blended. Cook until bubbly. Add milk slowly, stirring until blended. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Pour over asparagus, broccoli, or cauliflower.
