1 can Goya Peach nectar
1 tsp. grated lime rind
1 cup fresh lime juice (about 4 large limes)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed mint leaves
2 cups white rum (I use Bacardi Red Peach)
4 cups club soda, chilled
crushed ice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine rind, lime juice, sugar and mint in a large pitcher.
2. Crush juice mixture with the back of a long spoon.
3. Add peach nectar and rum to pitcher, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
4. Put ice in glass and pour about 1/2 full with juice mixture. Splash club soda on top and serve.
