Fruit Pizza Recipe

1 c butter
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tsp soda

Mix all together, pat dough into pizza pan. Bake 350 for 20 minutes. Soften 8 oz pkg cream cheese, blend in 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Spread over cooled crust. Wash and slice fresh fruit and arrange on crust. Strawberries, bananas, chunk pineapple, mandarin oranges, grapes, kiwi fruit, etc. Spread glaze over fruit and refrigerate.

1/2 c sugar
1 T cornstarch
1/2 c orange juice
2 T lemon juice
1/3 c water
Combine. Bring to boil. Boil 1 minute. Pour over fruit. Refrigerate.
