1/3 cup dry sherry or vermouth
3 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
1 tsp. freshly grated ginger (best), can use jarred
1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut
into 1/2" strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 pkg. (10 oz.) snow peas
1 pkg. (10 oz.) broccoli florets
1 can (5 oz.) water chestnuts

Preheat oven to 450º or the grill to medium-high.

Mix the sherry or vermouth, soy sauce, oil, onions, ginger and garlic in a small bowl.

Add the chicken, red pepper, peas, broccoli and water chestnuts to the mixture and toss until evenly coated. Can also put in plastic bag to coat.

Center 1/4 of the chicken mixture on each of four 12" x 18" sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bring up the foil sides; double-fold the tops and ends to seal packets.

Bake for 15-18 minutes on a baking sheet in the oven or grill for 12-14 minutes in a covered grill.
