1 c. flour
1 tbsp milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 c. butter

raspberry jam

Topping
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, milk, egg, salt, baking powder and butter like a pie dough and roll out to pan size (13 X 9). Spread a thin layer of raspberry mixture on top - you can use raspberry jam or raspberry pie filling. For the topping, mix the sugar, melted butter, vanilla, coconut and beaten egg well, and spread over the raspberry layer. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Cut into squares while still warm.
