4 cups beet juice (liquid)
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
5 cups sugar
2 pkgs. Kool-Aid (cherry, grape, raspberry or strawberry is best)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil beet juice 3 minutes in saucepan. Add Sure-Jell and stir well. Cook to rolling boil. Add sugar and stir well. Boil hard for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add Kool-Aid. Stir well. Pour into jars and seal.
