4 lbs Hamburger
1 lbs Pork
3 c Bread cubes-----4 slices white bread trim off crust
1 c half and half
1/2 c Minced onion
2 med cloves Garlic
3/4 tsp Nutmeg
3/4 tsp Allspice
3 eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Soak Bread Cubes in Half and Half till absorbed. Add beaten eggs and mix Add rest of ingredients (except Meat) Mix well and add to meat and mix until well blended. Make meatballs and freeze on cookie sheets. After Frozen put in baggie with just enough flour to coat. Thaw overnight. Brown in 400* oven for about 1/2 Hr.

Place in Crock Pot with brown Gravy. Cook on low heat most of the day. About 5 to 6 hrs
