8 Sm Sweet Potatoes
1/2 t Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 C Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 stick Marg--Melted
1/3 C Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1 Egg-- beaten
14 Large Marshmellows

Directions:
Wash Sweet Potatoes, using fingers rub lightly with a little vegatable oil. Use a fork to pierce potatoes several times. Bake in pre-heated 375* oven for 1 Hr and 15 min. When done.peel and mash with an electric mixer. While beating gradually add spices,sugars,butter,vanilla,and eggs. Place in a greased 2 Quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered in pre-heated 350* oven for 25 Min. Cover with the Marshmellows and bake an additional 15 Minutes uncovered.
