1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. oil
1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple
1/2 c. water
1 (8oz) container Cool Whip
1 egg

1 can (11oz) Mandarin oranges

Directions:
Directions:
For the cake:
In a bowl, add cake mix, egg, oil and water; stir to blend. Add the oranges (including liquid) and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.

For the frosting:
Mix the pudding and the pineapple (including the juice); let stand 15 minutes. Add the Cool Whip and blend well. Spread on cooled cake.
