3 eggs 1 c. fat-free buttermilk or sour cream 1 can creamed corn 1/2 c. corn oil 1 c self-rising corn meal.

Beat eggs well, and fold in other ingredients. Bake in a greased (butter) 2 qt. glass pan at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
