12 slices bread
6 thin slices boiled ham
Mustard (optional)
1/4 c butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Log Cabin syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Trim crust from bread. Place a slice of ham on half the bread slices. Spread lightly with mustard and cover with remaining bread. Melt butter in large skillet. Blend eggs, milk, and salt. Dip sandwiches quickly into egg mixture. Saute in butter, turning to brown both sides. Serve hot with syrup.
