1 pkg (24 oz) frozen hash browns
1/3 c melted butter
1 c Hot Pepper or Cheddar cheese
1 c Gouda cheese- shredded
1 c crumbled cooked bacon or ham
1/2 c milk or cream
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. season salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 10 inch pie pan - Press potatoes between paper towels then press into pie pan to create a crust. Brush with butter. Bake at 425º for 25 min. Remove from oven and fill with layers of cheese and ham or bacon.
Beat milk, salt and eggs, pour over meat and cheese. Bake at 350º for 30-40 min.
