2 bags (2 lbs. each) frozen home fried potatoes
2 large cans (26 oz. each) cream of chicken soup
4 cups cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream
1/2 onion, diced
1 stick butter, melted
1 large bag potato chips, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together except the butter and chips.

Pour into a very large baking dish or pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and pour butter over top. Add crushed chips on top of butter. Return to the oven for 5 minutes to crisp topping.
