2 1/2 c. sugar
1 pint 190 proof Everclear
2 1oz. peppermint extract

Directions:
Directions:
Stir sugar into water as it being heated to a boil, after the mixture reaches a boil, reduce heat and simmer for10 minutes. Cool mixture to room temperature. Stir in Everclear and peppermint to taste.
