1 c + 6 T. flour
1½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ c butter- room temp.
¼ c sugar
1 egg
¾ c buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
⅓ c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven To 350º
Sift Flour, baking powder and baking soda into a large bowl. Set aside and get another large bowl. Beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and beat for 1 minute. Add buttermilk and stir. scrape butter mixture into the dry ingredients and stir just til moistened. DON'T OVER STIR. put tbsp. drops on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 min.
