4 eggs
2 cups half and half
1/4 white or black pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg if desired
6 oz cheese
1 unbaked pie shell
Fillings, veggies, meats etc

Heat oven to 425.
In bowl whisk together eggs and Half & Half. Add spices. Place cheese and filling in shell. Pour egg mixture on top.
Bake 15 min, then turn oven to 350 for 25+ minutes until quiche is set.
Let stand for 15 minutes and serve.
