1 1/2 lbs ground sirloin
1 can french onion soup
3 T flour
1/2 lb Feta cheese
Salt
Pepper
Sour Cream
Kaiser rolls
Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan, season meat with salt and pepper, brown, breaking up with fork into pieces (similar to tacos). Drain the grease, then add soup mix to meat, let simmer for 15-20 minutes on low heat until reduced. Add flour to thicken. Put rolls in oven to crisp up. To serve, put sour cream on bottom of roll, top with meat mixture, cover with Feta Cheese.
