1/2 cup butter softened
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
Cream together -- THEN add
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Mix well -- THEN add
2 cups shredded veggies (carrots, yams etc)
1 cups oats (1/2 barley optional)
1 cup wheat flour
1 1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup boiled raisins (to regain moisture, drain any water)

Pour into greased 13 x 9 or 1/4 sheet pan with sides. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375.
