4 T flour
1 c milk
1/2 c shortening
1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
1 t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and milk and cook until thick. Cool thoughly. Beat shortening, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add cooled mixture and beat until fluffy. Spread on cake or cupcakes.
