1 unbaked crust in 9 1/2 pie dish
4 eggs, (Jumbo eggs)
1 c sugar
3 cups whole milk
vanilla
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl beat eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or longer for custard to cook. You can test it by using a knife when it comes out clean.
