1/2 lb. butter
2 T brown sugar
3 c cooked mashed, drained squash
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup half & half
3/4 t Salt
1/4 c maple syrup
white pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Process in food processor or blender while squash is hot.
Add butter, then other ingredients, then blend. Put in buttered
baking dish and bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
