1 pkg Good Seasoning Italian Dressing (prepared as directed) or 1/2-2/3 bottle of Kraft Light Zesty Italian Dressing
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 bung green onions, chipped
1 can corn, or shoepac corn drained
1 can black-eyed peas, drained
1 can Mexican style tomatoes or 6 Roma tomatoes diced
2-3 large avocados chopped into chunks
splash of lime juice
Chips
Optional:
black beans
olives

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve with chips
