2 cups sugar
3 Tbsp cocoa powder (My family likes them better when I use hot chocolate mix, Ovaltine, or Nesquick instead of cocoa powder)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 1/2- 3 cups quick oats (more or less depending how gooey you want them)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Optional:
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk to a rolling boil. Boil 1-1/2 min. DON'T STIR! Remove from heat and add salt and peanut butter. Stir till mixed. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Drop onto cookie sheet or wax paper. Refrigerate till firm. Makes about 2 dozen.
