Ingredients:  
1 lb. cooked mild sausage, crumbled & drained
1 2/3 C. finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 C. finely grated Monterey-Jack cheese
1 envelope dry ranch dressing mix
1 (2.5oz.) can chopped black olives
½ C. finely chopped red bell pepper
Dash of Tabasco
4 pkgs. (Athens brand, 15/box) frozen phyllo cups

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooled cooked sausage with all other ingredients. Mix well. Fill each phyllo cup w/ 1 heaping tsp. of the filling.

Bake for 10 min. @ 350°

Yield: 60 tartletts

• Filling can be prepared in advance & refrigerated or frozen. Bring to room temperature before filling fillo cups.
• Keep Fillo cups frozen until ready to use.
