1 lb. of ground chuck
1 can of diced tomatoes
2 jalapeņo peppers
1 large onion chopped
3/4 c. diced pimento
3/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 t. oregano
1 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 can of tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onions and drain grease. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and other ingredients. Simmer for 45 minutes on low-medium heat.
Serve with fritos or your favorite chip or cracker.
