3 cups flour
1 1/2 c sugar,
2 t baking soda,
1 t salt,
1 t vanilla,
1/2 c oil,
2 t vinegar,
1 3/4 c cold water,
3 ripe bananas, mashed with a fork

Directions:
Directions:
In 9x13 baking pan, mix first 4 (dry) ingredients with a fork. (Be careful not to scratch the pan if using Teflon. Glass is better.) Make 3 wells. In one well, add vanilla. In second well, put vinegar. In third well, pour oil. Then pour water on top and mix it all together in the pan.
Mash bananas and add to pan. Mix well.
Bake at 350º for 40-50 minutes, until golden brown.
