2 tbsp butter
4 oz chive and onion cream cheese spread
1 12.5oz can of chicken breast chunks
salt
pepper
2 tbsp milk
1 container of croissant rolls
seasoned croutons or bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Combine butter and cream cheese in microwave safe bowl. Microwave till butter almost melted. Stir till smooth. Pull apart chicken breast chunks and add to mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Add milk. Stir till combined.

Foil cookie pan.

Open croissant rolls. Combine two triangles together by mashing intersecting sides together. Add mixture into center of croissant and pull up corners. Twist to secure. Continue until all croissants filled.

Sprinkle tops of croissants with crushed croutons or bread crumbs.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.
