1/4 cup Soy Sauce
3 T honey
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 - 3 lb trimmed flank steak

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together except steak. Pour over meat and marinate at least overnight. Grill to desired doneness.
