2 20oz cans pineapple tidbits DRAINED, reserving 4 tablespoon
4 tablespoon flour
4 tablespoon pineapple juice
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tube ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour,sugar and juice in baking dish. add pineapple tidbits and cheese. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Drizzle on melted butter. Sprinkle on pecans Bake 350º for 20 minutes
