2 pounds beef round steak
2 T veg. oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 can (16 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 large green peppers cut into strips

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into strips; brown in oil in a skillet. Transfer to a crockpot. Combine next seven ingredients; pour over beef. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Add tomatoes and green pepper; continue to cook for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
