2 tbsp. olive oil
1 package ground turkey breast (1.25 lbs)
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 8oz can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
4 toasted burger buns

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add turkey and break up with a spoon. In a small bowl mix together the dried onion, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce and salt and pepper. Pour tomato sauce mixture over the browned turkey and stir well. Simmer about 10 min. and serve on toasted burger buns.
