1 9 in. refrigerated pie crust
3 ripe pears, peeled, seeded and sliced thinly
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Unroll pie crust onto a foil-covered baking sheet. Leaving a 2 inch border, put pears in center of crust and top with cranberries. Mix sugar and pumpkin pie spice together and sprinkle over fruit. Carefully fold the sides of the crust over the fruit - there will be a circular center of fruit uncovered. Bake about 25-30 minutes, until the crust is golden.

peaches and dried blueberries with cinnamon
fresh blackberries with cinnamon and vanilla sugar
