1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 Tb. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
3 Tb. butter
1 to 1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter. Mix the dry ingredients together, then add 1 egg yolk, milk, vanilla, and butter. Whisk 2 egg whites till fluffy, fold them into the batter. Cook on a hot pan!
